However, before contacting Support, please check our Resources page - we have put together lots of useful tips about using Compscore2 / Compscore3 and Bridgemates, and we are adding more all the time.

Our Commpscore3 Forum is also a good souce of Support. This is an interactive facility where users can post questions and other support issues, and others can reply or add their suggestions. Our support people actively monitors the Forum, but quite often another user may be ablew to provide an answer before we can, or the question may already heve been posed and answered.

To assist us, we recommend that each bridge club appoint a Bridgemate / Compscore3 liaison person, and members within the club should contact them in the first instance when they need assistance.
